The Enabling works package is well underway at Aspect. Existing foundations have been uncovered through localised tunnelling 3m below existing ground level. Existing foundations over 1m in diameter have been assessed and back analysed to provide justification for the future development. Material testing of the historic steelwork and bolts is underway in preparation for breaking ground on the permanent works this summer.
