SD were tasked with developing a value engineered temporary works proposal for the façade retention of a listed Post Office in East Dulwich. Our efficient solution utilised the part of the permanent steel frame to decrease overall costs for the project and the proposed construction sequence was communicated to the contractor with a series of phased drawings from our 3d model.
