A new 25 unit residential development right in the heart of Kensington.  The project involved the excavation of a new basement, addition of a new storey to the rear of the property, and widespread internal and external modification.

Further to traditional structural engineering, the project involved inspection, testing and analysis of historic wrought iron steelwork and the installation of two storey stability frames to create new restaurant spaces to the ground floor.
