The retention of a 1930s facade and installation of a new five-storey residential development providing 25 high-end apartments, built over a new half basement.

The structure is a new steel frame supported on cantilevered piled foundations, marrying the historic facade with the new supporting frame. Original foundations were underpinned as required and a new reinforced concrete basement was excavated to provide an additional two properties.

In addition to normal services, we undertook complex reinforcement detailing within a 3D model to prevent clashes and site delays.
