The Naked House, London
AYN 3, Oxfordshire
A unique project to build three high-quality homes in the Grade II listed Aynhoe Park. AYN3 is similar in plan to AYN2 but with additional basement space. The house is set over three-storeys in a Y shape, and we have designed a large spanning steel frame, removing the need for internal columns, to allow for uninterrupted views out onto the 24 acre estate.
The basement has been created to cater for an impressive car collection, gym space, and dance studio.
Many protected and ancient trees are located within close proximity and so close coordination with arboriculturists and landscape architects has been required, particularly with regards to our drainage strategy.
