SD Structures are undertaking the structural design of this unique new build property in Surrey.  Masonry soffits and complex masonry clad frames are key to the aesthetic, and SD have developed bespoke cladding details with the architect to achieve this.

Significant glazed elevations, narrow piers and double height spaces added to the challenge but all the key structural details have been resolved in 3D prior to starting onsite to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.
