Complete house refurbishment including internal alterations, loft conversion, rear extension and new basement under the entire footprint of the building.

SD Structures prepared a detailed construction method statement report (CMS) to help secured planning for the large basement. The design maximised the internal space with the use of ‘special’ underpins. The house is supported on cranked steel frames to give the appearance of a floating structure, and allows large windows to flood the basement with natural light.
