This development comprised a joint extension between two neighbours, agreeing to share a combined lateral systems and party wall.  A large glazed opening separates the party wall from the main massing of the building, and predeflected steels are used to minimise the impact of supporting steels on the new open plan space below.

To the rear of the property, a pair of glass box window seats are installed, cantilevering seamlessly from the masonry using a concealed steel frame
