The redevelopment and refurbishment of a jewellery factory site in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.

The existing site includes various different structures, several of which are Grade II listed. The buildings are being redeveloped into residential apartments. An existing Silver Press at the site will be moved and on display in a new courtyard.

Our structural solution uses a first floor transfer slab with a Modern Methods of Construction modular form above in order to achieve rapid build time and efficient structure.

Currently on site 2022.
